Born from a classroom, built for every student
NowIRead was founded after our co-founder — a K-12 literacy coach — watched a generation of bright students disengage from reading. The books were there. The ability was there. The motivation wasn’t.
The research was clear: gamification dramatically increases reading frequency in K-12 students. But every existing solution was either expensive, outdated, or designed for schools to buy — not for students and families to love.
